Allegra Fortin

Allegra Fortin was born on July 13, 1994 and grew up in Needham, Massachusetts outside of Boston. From a young age Allegra had a passion for creating things, writing stories and bringing home outlandish drawings and sculptures from school. Recognizing her talent, her middle school art teachers recommended her for an advanced art track in high school. From 2012-2014, Allegra studied Illustration at Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2015 she transferred to Lesley University, where she is currently studying Creative Writing and minoring in Visual Narrative.

In January 2016, Allegra joined Lesley University's Shakespeare troupe, the Oxford Street Players, where from April 7, 2016 to April 10, 2016 she performed in her first Shakespeare production, The Two Noble Kinsmen, in the roles of Countrywoman and Jailer's Friend, under the direction of Doctor Anne Elezabeth Pluto. In January 2017, Allegra participated in her second production with the Oxford Street Players and Doctor Pluto, Cymbeline, in the role of Guiderius, which ran from April 6, 2017 to April 9, 2017. 

As of May 2017, Allegra is based out of the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia Metro Area.
